OUR SERVICES

At Continuity Mobile, we believe healing should be both compassionate and timely. That’s why we focus on delivering expert care with the urgency you deserve—Heal with care. Heal with speed.

Leg ulcers

Leg ulcers often develop from fluid buildup in the lower limbs caused by venous insufficiency. This pressure can lead to skin breakdown, blisters, and open wounds.

Diabetic Foot Ulcer

About 15% of people with diabetes develop a foot ulcer, typically an open sore on the bottom of the foot. Around 6% of these cases may require hospitalization due to infection or other complications.

Arterial Wounds

Arterial wounds result from artery damage, often due to trauma or atherosclerosis. Poor blood flow limits oxygen and nutrients, making healing difficult. Prompt, specialized care is key to preventing serious issues.

Pressure Ulcers

A pressure ulcer, or bedsore, is skin and tissue damage caused by prolonged pressure over bony areas. Without proper care, it can lead to infection and reduced blood flow.

Abdominal Wounds

Abdominal wounds—caused by trauma, surgery, or accidents—can range from minor cuts to deep injuries. Proper cleaning, stitching, and monitoring are key to preventing infection, hernias, and other complications.

Sacral Wounds

Sacral wounds develop on the lower back due to pressure, trauma, or surgery. These painful sores heal slowly and may limit mobility. Proper care, pressure relief, and treating underlying issues are key to recovery.
